AWFUL - TERRIBLE - HORRENDOUS

Everthing went pretty smooth until it came time to pay the final bill. Apparantly MoMax likes to slip things onto customers tabs for their own projects. The workers totally left the job site after I made them show me the reciepts for all of the materials. I found several doors, joists, boxes of screws even a cordless drill that were being charged to my tab that were not a part of the work being done at my house. MoMax never came back to the job, leaving me out what money I paid them, in some instances paying twice for several things, and stuck in a construction loan.

Through some HORRIFIC, GHASTLY twist MoMax continues to do business, and my efforts to get their license revoked were futile, and small claims court didn't work either. It's always very important to do your homework and find some second opinions, but most people seem to think the price tag says it all. I tend to think you get what you pay for. And when making a major purchase you should have a good idea of approximately what the cost should be before you start considering bids.

A couple of months later, I started my first fire in my new fireplace. Before I could get a good blaze going, smoke began billowing into the living room. The fireplace wouldn't draw. I called a professional, top-of -the line builder to come out to take a look at the fireplace,
and not only was there a structural problem that prevented it from drawing, but the fireplace was separating from the exterior wall of the house. Major work was required to repair the problem. Another $15,000 to be exact.

MOMAX - THEIFS - CHEATERS - BUNGLERS

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE - LOOK elsewhere and find a PROFESSIONAL builder. Call the union or

someone else with good judgement and have it done correctly in the first place. STAY AWAY
