Richard Odzic IS THE OWNER HANDYMAN OF THIS COMPANY AND WORKS WITH HIS SON ADAM ODZIC IN SARASOTA, FLORIDA WITHOUT A LICENSE SO BEWARE AND CLAIMS HE HAS ONE WHICH ISNT TRUE AND THATS WHAT WE THOUGHT AT THE TIME..HE WORKS HALF A DAY ON DAY 1 AND COMES BACK A WEEK LATER TO START DAY 2 CAUSE HE GOES TO OTHER JOB SITES TO COLLECT AS MUCH CASH AS HE CAN AND KEEPS YOU HANGING..They are the Maintenance Disaster and ripped off my elderly parents who are off the boat Italians.

Heres the story....My folks ran into Richard's ad in the yellow pages thinking he was reputable so they gave him a call.My parents are landlords and rent out houses in Sarasota,Florida.They hired Richard Odzic and his son Adam,his helper to fully rehab a kitchen in one house and in another upscale expensive house to change the electrical outlet malfunction in the bedroom ...BOY WAS THAT A HUGE MISTAKE!! Richard changed the whole electrical socket and before you know IT, the master bedroom was up in flames..He caused a huge fire and was just standing there watching the house burn down..Thank God my dad was in the front of the house and rushed to get a waterhose and put the flames out..If there were tenants residing in that expensive rental in Longboat key,Richard would be in jail for reckless endangerment and neglect cause he did nothing to stop the fire he caused.Im glad no one got hurt, severely injured or died.

The bedroom walls were all damaged,the blinds,windows destroyed including the bedframe ,mattress,bedsheets, and headboard...The hardwood floors were damaged as well and had to be all replaced in the bedroom.On top of it all,Mr Crook Richard Odzic, hauled away the burnt damaged materials inside of the house and demanded to be paid to haul it away in his truck.How does this man even sleep at night for having such a evil,guilty conscious of ripping people off?.I hope this never happens to anyone else so im making everyone aware and to put him out of business once and for all.

In the other house assignment, weeks before the burnt house, He cut the granite kitchen countertops with no caulk or silicone, down to the wrong size so when you turn the kitchen faucet on,all the water goes behind the sink which caused mold,and water damage to the bottom cabinets and walls.We found this out after Richard was paid in full upfront .Mr Fix it-Richard Odzic would have the nerve to ask for extra money to eat, and,gas for his car claiming he's broke after my folks tipped him on top of it all...Imagine that!!! By the way, Mr scam artist holds back the receipts after you pay him ,thinking you will forget and then charge you twice for the same job...My dad spent $10,000 in total with Richard Odzic and then an additional $10,000 in repairs to hire someone else to fix his damages and mistakes.So much for being LOW COST AND MORE LIKE A SATISFACTION NIGHTMARE FROM HELL.RUN FAST IF YOU SEE HIS NAME IN  VERIZON YELLOW PAGES OR THE FRONTIER CAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT..I PROMISE YOU.......
