National Auto Transport Lie, Scam, Fraud Miama Florida

I scheduled a vehicle transport with Adrian Ace Morales on Thursday the 19th of March. Adrian indicated to me that if I wanted the vehicle picked up on the 27th of March, the cost would be $690, however I specified to him that I wanted it picked up sooner since the car was supposed was scheduled to be shipped internationally on April 1st, and he told me they can have a truck pick it up on Friday the 20th of March for $750. I scheduled the pick up for the 20th at 7:00 pm.

The vehicle was picked Saturday instead of Friday and I was informed by customer service that it would arrive in 4 business days, making it Thursday the 24th or latest Friday the 25th by 2:00pm. I called to track the delivery Friday the 25th after I didnt hear from them, and was told that it would arrive by by Monday or Tuesday the 28th or 29th, and then I was told by Thursday of Friday and now the 3rd or 4th. Today is the 5th and no sign of my car, and my international delivery was missed, and I paid 60 extra dollars for nothing.

My next complaint is in regards to the agent himself. The agent assured me that I could pay the 200 dollar deposit by credit card and pay the rest of the balance off by the same credit card on file before the vehicle drop off. He indicated this to me more than five times and in my contract I signed i wrote these terms that we discussed. If there was any problem with these terms there is no way the car could have been picked up since this was the pick up agreement. After the car was picked up he indicated to me that he wouldn't be able to meet what we agreed upon, and became very rude insulting me and eventually hung up the phone on me. He indicated that he never received my contract which would make it illegal for the car to be picked up. Since I was calling him from a computer phone all of our conversations were saved tot he hard disk.

I have lost international shipping deposits, storage fees and rental fees adding up to more than 1000 dollars so far.
