National Auto Transport ripoff/not delivered or picked up as promised Miami Florida

For moving my car from Chicago to Arizona, my sister recommended these guys. (She does not work for them - they got her car to her in 7 days.) I thought that sounded great, so I arranged for everything. (Signed contract, put down deposit on credit card, etc. etc.) I was told the car would be picked up between January 9 and 11, and it would take a maximum of 14 days to get to Arizona.

January 9, 10 and 11 came and went, and no sign of trucks or haulers. I called at least twice a day on those dates, the 13, and the 14. Each time I was told, "We'll contact the dispatcher and let them know you're ready to have the car picked up." I finally said I'd been ready since the 9th, and my car MUST be picked up on the 15th since I was leaving town that day. The rep said if there was anyone home that could release the car, that would be great. I also asked how long it would take to arrive in Arizona; she said no more than 14 days.

To make a long story short, the haul was brokered to AAAdvantage Auto Transport. (Which I was NOT told it would be.) And my car will not be here until tomorrow night (February 12). I was never kept informed of where my car was, never got a return phone call (despite five messages and numerous transfers around the office), and got four different delivery dates the few times I did manage to speak to a live person.

I've spent nearly $1200 in auto rental fees, which I plan on pestering National to refund. It does NOT take a month to ship a car cross country - which I've verified with a number of people, including a lawyer. At the very least, someone should have contacted me and let me know what was going on.
