National Auto Transport ripoff Miami Florida

Just like everyone else. They give you a day, promise you it will be there, then add two weeks. Took me 21 days to get my car and was quoted 7 to 10. They are brokers: they cannot guarantee anything because they have nothing to do with the people that come to get your car. The refused to take my credit cards and forced me to pay up front. The person who picked up my car complained about his job the entire time.

Further, I was promised my car would be loaded and not removed from the truck until it arrived here. In fact, my car went straight to their lot in Miami where it sat for over two weeks in rainstorms. This, despite that they wrote on the invoice that I informed them it leaked very badly when it rained.

I was frequently told by "Bennie" that I was going to be one of their "special" customers and not to worry, the car would be safe. It arrived, eventually, in one piece, but had scratches and dings and of course, National Auto Transport disclaimed any responsibility for anything.

They are idiots.
