National Auto Transport Ripoff liars, deceptive practices, misrepresent themselves, cannot communicate with them, long delays, rip off artists, are only after your money, very poor service Miami Florida

I purchased a BMW, sight unseen, from Charlotte, NC, and made the mistake of picking National Auto Transport as the carrier to transport it to my home in Tucson, AZ. The salesperson, Alex May, sounded like a pro on the phone, assured me that they were not brokers, that their truck would carry my car, that they would take photographs of the car before pick up so that I could see the condition of the car. He assured me again that their truck would pick up my car before I signed the contract.

Unknown to me, they brokered the transport to another company, They were late in picking up the car by ten days, completely inconviniencing the seller. They had promised to deliver within 5 - 10 days of the pick up. Instead, it took them 21 days! The transport company dropped off the car in Phoenix instead of Tucson, where a third party picked up the car and brought it to my home in Tucson.

The car had scratches on the side that could not be explained as they were absolutely no records or photographs!

Dealing with National Auto Transport during this ordeal was the worst of it! I had given up hope of ever seeing my car! They lied, were not responsive, rude, and I could tell that they did this all the time.

I would not recommend them to my enemy! Stay away from these thieves!
