Consumers Beware!!!!!
I paid Nationwide Marketing Solutions, Inc., which is a company based in
Lake Worth, FL a good chunk of change to sell my 3 timeshares as they told me they had buyers for them all. The fellow that I initially spoke with who told me that they had buyers for my 3 timeshares was Wayne Stephens who was SUPPOSEDLY the Finance Director; I have to admit he was a smoother talker now that I think about it.
Once they charged my credit card their fees to sell the timeshares, which I was told would be refunded once the deals closed, all three deals fell through & every time I called back they had another excuse & in the end when I did call, I never was able to speak with anyone I just got their voice mail.
Today Jan 29/10 I tried call their office
561-432-6200, however their # is disconnected, however I see their website http://www.nationwidemarketingsl.com/ is still active. I tried calling Mr. Stephens # 561-201-6223 & I did get a voice mail, but it was a generic message, so I didn't bother leaving a message as I have left messages in the past none of which were ever returned. I tired calling Gregory who was a Director of Sales at Nationwide Marketing Solutions however his #561-432-6095 is disconnected as well. I did check the Better Business Bureau's website http://www.seflorida.bbb.org & see that Nationwide Marketing Solutions has an F rating which is the worst a business can get; needless to say I should have checked there before I signed up with
Nationwide Marketing Solutions.
I noted on the Better Business Bureaus website that it indicates
Erna Goellnitz is President of Nationwide Marketing Solutions so if anyone knows her whereabouts or  Wayne Stephens I would appreciate if they would forward me the information which can be done through this website as I would like to proceed with filing criminal charges against both individuals.
In the end my advice is if ANY company calls you offering to sell your timeshare & wants an upfront fee, tell them to get lost as more than likely it's a scam.
If you have current dealings or are ever are solicited by
Erna Goellnitz or Wayne Stephens or any company they are affiliated with get you money back, if you can or RUN if you haven't paid them anything.
Trust me I've learned an expensive lesson so I hope my experience will help other people avoid be taken by Nationwide Marketing Solutions or similar scams.
