An agent, Andy Garcia called me and said he had a client, from Canada, who wanted to purchase my timeshare and had placed a $5,000 deposit.  He quoted a good price and I agreed.  A closing date was set and he would send a contract for me to sign.

Later, he needed a refundable fee to cover title trace, etc. of $896.00 which would be returned with the check concluding the sell.

The contract I received was to advertise the property, which he said, was the first step to the process. And the price on the contract was less than the agreed on sell price so I revised it and initialed the change.

Needless to say, I never heard from him again...no sale...no sale contract...and no refund. Please hang up if you get a call from these people.
