OCWEN Bank Took two thousand Dollar then sold my home Internet

I was behind on the payments for my home.Ocwen ofered me a forbarance agreement so I could catch up on the payments . This started on the 15th of Oct 2009. I faxed over the documents needed a copy of pay checks other bills bank information. I was told I would have to pay 2000 up front by the 25th of Nov. I advised the guy on the phone it would be close due to the holiday an that my home was  set for forclosure on the 1st of dec 2009. He said ( Mr Patel) that as long as I called with the loan wire number it would be ok just make sure I would have it by 5PM on the 1st of Dec.

My roommate skipped on me for his portion of the amount 6oo dollars so i had to get the money from family . I did and sent it. They sold my home any way . I was then sent a 3 day notice to leave the home I asked where is my money you cant go back on the agreement and take my money. It took two weeks form soe one to contact me. Ms Evelyn  4077375336. On the 20 dec 2009 she contact me to state the committee had come to an agreement I could stay and they would honor the agreement of the forbarance. I had already found a place and given a deposit due to the eviction notice. Ms. Evelyn stated she would giv me time to get my money back . I called her and explained I would be moving . On the 27 Dec I was told the check is in the mail that it would take a week. This is the 11 jan 2010. No one will talk to me return my calls or return my money. I have a new place and it has cost me 4 thousand dollars due to miscomunaction at their company. I cant complete the move due to all my money is now tide up with the two homes I have the keys to the new address but I cant get movers have the utilies transfered until I get my 2 thousand back from Ocwen . Every time you call you get put in a loop about free food and grocery coupons. Im stuck between a rock and a hard place and no one from the company will talk to me. I asked Evelyn for the new agreement in writing and she would not send it . All I have is a eviction notice . They sold my home  kept my money and lied to me . Can someone help me 4 THOUSAND DOLLAR IS 1 MONTHS PAY FOR ME IM WITH OUT FOOD GAS TO GET TO WORK AND soon all my utilies will be off.
