orange lake/ colonial crossings i was promised a lavis underground water park with unlimeted visits for family and self with blueprints and pictures of park provided most of the sell was about the park which was never built and which was the reason i brought this timeshare kissimmee Florida

I was approched by colonial crossing sales persons while visiting in Williamsburg Va.I was givin a high pitch speil about the exclusive under ground water park being constructed as we speak ,I was shown blue prints and models of said park and told me and my family would have unlimited access to said park.

At the time i really was not interested an purchasing another timeshare but thier sell on the park was so enticing and the price i would be paying monthly for the purchase and the mainteance fee was in my budget since i only recieve a pension .

the park was never built.no explanation'

the time share was sold to Orangelake who immediatlly raised the matienance fee to double making it a finanial heartship to me . I really don't think its fare that these companies don't have to live up to thier in of the contract but we are bound by law to have to pay them no matter what they so choose to charge or do
