Overnight Prints overnightprints.com Horrible Quality Products, Horrible Customer Service, Refusing to Refund Internet

To summazrize my nightmare of an experience with Overnight Prints:

I ordered 100 magnets for a customer of mine to use as Save the Date annoucements (I am a graphic designer). The magnets showed up with horrible quality and after calling customer service was told they would be re-printed and rush shipped. It took me following up four times to get the re-print. They were so many different excuses (your shippping upgrade didn't take, the press has been down, your order was boxed wrong, etc) After finally getting the re-order, they were still unacceptable quality. 

I asked for a complete refund and was told I needed to ship both the original and re-prints back, which I did. I had to follow up after UPS confirmed that were delivered, because no refund was offered. I was told I would receive the refund in 3-5 business days. No refund. I called and was first told that my refund hadn't been processed (of course!), then was told that my full order wasn't received and I would get no refund until they got the entire order back. I shipped everything back together, there was no way they didn't get everything! I have no use for their magnets, I ended up ordering from a different company with a great product and great customer service.

I was promised a call from a manager (never got a call), so I followed up again. A "manager" wrote me and apologized, said my complete order was found and that I would receive a full refund in 3-5 business days. That was 10 business days ago. No refund. No contact from the company. Nothing!

Beware of using this company, I think they are a complete scam and I am now out over $80.
