Placed order on a Wednesday previous week. Plenty of time...need next week friday. Not a chance in heck. Called thursday, client needed for Saturday. After #30 in line on phone, 45 minute wait....They said done. Still cool....wrong. I said Sat delivery....the smucks did it for Monday....my client said I could eat the cards. Called again...this time 38 in line...55 minute wait...forget it...I went to their office with cards....they refused to take cards back. Stuck...I smell a turd place.
So I said how about credit me for the $35 overnite that took over weekend. The said np. Then...yup....you guess it...They hit my account for the additional overnite fee. It bounced my bank account for a $32 fee....Just cant win....grrrrr.....never again will this turds get my business...In fact I would not recommend to my worst enemys....STAY AWAY.....you'll get nothing and hate it...
