I've used them twice, for 4 x 6" postcards, to announce exhibitions of my photographs. The order for the first exhibition was okay. The 2nd order was printed but they lost it (2000 cards) so they reprinted it. When I finally got the postcards - they were horrendous and unusable. Had to go elsewhere to meet the deadline.
Customer Service wouldn't give me the CEO's name.
Googling came up with many other dissatisfied customers who mentioned they couldn't locate the CEO. I located that info - and would like to share it. Although the address on their website is in Santa Ana, CA 92705, better contact info is:
