Overnight Prints Misleading, lousey service, dishonest represenatives LOUIVILLE Kentucky

I ordered from Overnight prints because I needed product quickly for a promotion I was running for my business. I ordered on Nov 12, as of today I am scheduled to receive my product Dec 2.

Their explanation was that they are called overnight because they print at night. So I asked their rep, "When you send something overnight mail, is it ok for it to take 20 days to arrive if they only actually move the parcel when the sun is down?" she became flummoxed and said that was just what it meant.

They are absolutely lousy and in my view completely dishonest. I sent an e-mail complaining and got NO RESPONSE.

Penn and Teller on their television show once explained that they call people A$$ Holes, because they can be sued for saying they are liars, dishonest, thieves... So they call them a$$ holes because it's hard to be sued for that.

I rescind all previous claims about honesty and integrity and state these guys are colossal A$$ HOLES!!!
