Do not but this! I purchased the $9.95 Simple Package, thinking that I would greatly benefit from it, but ended up getting charged $240 total for extra "additional levels" that were delivered to my house.  Had no idea that this was an Automatic add-on that they include. I called and was furious, but of course there wasn't anything they could do since it was in their "Fine Print." Complete SCAM.

Pimsleur Approach/Stroll Paid $10 for a language CD, The CD box came with a letter telling me that I will recieve 4 more CD's at $64 each. I called them immediately to cancel, but they send it anyway. I sent back the CD, but they billed my credit card for $64. Their Customer Service has lied to me everytime I tried to stop this fraud.
