Pioneer Credit Recovery Harassment, Intimidation an just Plain lies Lake City Florida

I have been making monthly payments to Pioneer Recovery an I got behind a month and now I am recieving threating letters saying they are going to revoke my license. I got a letter yesterday saying at the top in capitol letters saying " Tax refund season is almost over do not delay contact us today"

What does my tax return have to do with them I have a payment plan with them an I have kept up my payments so why am I getting this about my return. The funny part is I had just made a payment got my receipt from the person I owe the money to an the next day I get this threating letter to suspend my license if I don't pay in full with my refund.

They are total bullies an I do not understand how they can harass an threatin you when you are making your payments as they agreed to do I know I am not the only one that has complaints about Pioneer. They have ripped off so many people an keep getting away with it something needs to be done about their collection practices!! 

They say they call an that I am avoiding their calls, but you have to actually call me for me to miss a call I am so tired of their harassment an threats as I know a lot of other people are too.
