platepass Corporate Headquarters HERTZ + PLATEPASS scam to charge maximum penalty allowed by law Scottsdale, Arizona

This is a clear scam between HERTZ and PLATEPASS to charge drivers/tourists going through toll tags the MAXIMUM penalty and split the proceeds.

Went thru Miami/Fliruda turnpike where construction (new toolbooth being insalled)  was (is) taking place.  No toll lane, no cashier...they waived the traffic around. 

A month later get charged the maximy 45 cents tool and $10 penalty.  Clearly a scam.

HERTZ communicates the charges to the rippoff company PLATEPASS which delays the maximum numver of days to bill your criedt card provided by Hertz.   There is no communication to the customer that this happening.

In return, HERTZ splits to profits with PLATEPASS.

I am canceling my GOLD ,membership with HERTZ immediately. I am a 20 year corporate customer.
