Hertz PlatePass Charged me tolls and a courtesy fee when I had a SunPass Ft Lauderdale Florida
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased a SunPass and put it in the rental car. I drove for a week and racked up tolls. Then Hertz sent me an email without detail telling me they were charging me a courtesy fee plus tolls for my trip. They did not include detail, and when I went to get details, the process was so convoluted and painful that it turned into a massive waste of my time. They intentionally make it tough, so I do not dispute.
