Private Internet Access Refused to make refund after failure to establish VPN service. Granville, Michigan

This VPN service provider's tech staff was unable to establish service which normally would have triggered a refund. This company requires you request same and within & days. If request is not made within 7 days, the request must be kicked to a second level for approval. Huh?

If the second level grants approval, the stall dance begins. It's deceptive as all appears to be going smoothy and in a reasonable manner. Don't be deceived. It's delay, delay, delay. Unltil your patience is exhausted. Then they say you have failed to qualify and they are rejecting your request.

Avoid this company. There are many VPN service providers who treat customers with respect and reasonable customer service - Private Internet Access is not amongst those.
