Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I order flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day even gave them flexible on days 13th or 14th to be delivered and when they never showed up in called and they gave me the runaround that the order never processed but the could do it now and flowers would take a couple days to get to her. Getting them by V Day was the point. I even got the confirmation email saying the order was placed. Never again and others should beware of this companis business practices.

Yeah they are terrible

The flowers are not delivered in a vase of water from a local florist like 1800 flowers does..they are in a box with no water packaged with a vase (but not in the vase) the flowers my mother got were wilted and with closed blooms and the 100 dollar wine voucher she recieved with it cannot even be used in the state of Ma..so she recieved nothing but dead flowers.
My brother and his wife and my sister went all out and bought her that, they probably believe it was wonderful as they paid for. I cannot even let them know how awful it was and have secretly paid for the wine she told me to order with the voucher myself.
