Beware of Pro-Flowers offer to take off 20% as their headline banner says and never believe in free week day shipping.

After over an hour of trying to be upsold I placed the order.  When the order comfirmation  came over my computer, it was $20 higher.

My first e-mail to customer service was, You must have misunderstood.  My second reply was, Sorry, we have processed it and cannot make changes.

Never again.  I spent over one hour to order the flowers and still got ripped off.
