Ordered product on May 23 2006, charged to credit card. Nothing received. Called 7 weeks after placing order, was told that it takes 6-8 weeks to receive and they wouldn't investigate til after that period. Called at 9 weeks, was told it mailed out bulk mail with no tracking and that they would send another. Nothing received. Called again at 12 weeks, told the same thing. Very dishonest people, obviously a scam. Called the 800 number on the tv commercials that are still running, and told that i had to call the office during business hours to ask about the order. Phone number coming up as busy as of today.

And FYI-most credit card companies now require a dispute to be filed within 60 days of the charge-so that would nullify your chance of being reimbursed. BEWARE!
