qlink wireless all. the reps and supervisors i hung up on me said i was lying even though i had proof messed me out of over 300 megabytes and told me they was nothing they could do do very rude andand said stuff that didnt make sense like i used it in march before i got the data Florida Internet

 The company is rude and does not help you with any problem I have proof of only using 134 megabytes my qlink account even says I have a lot of data left I was hung I on many times and was told nonsense by different reps that contradicted each other one supervisor Steven said I used my data in march way before I got I n on April first which don't make no sense as any other rep stated I used 20 MB 3 times and my second highest data usage was 8 MB even If I used 8 MB everyday for 30 days plus 60 MB it still wouldn't add up to over 500 MB which is a huge overestimate from what I did use of 134 but I couldn't get anyone to understand something that simple they just said I was Sol and I could purchase more data or wait till the first over and over interrupting me and or hanging up on me worst company ever and if anyone uses them like I'm trying to do I would love to be a part of it there the worst company I have ever dealt with you can reach me at jambo6984@gmail.com or if your a lawyer that would like to sue for the false advertising and the stuff they have done to me please feel free to contact me
