I thought I had Norton but I guess not.  My computer completely froze.  There was nowhere I could go without flipping back to their screen.  Reboot didn't help.  The only way to get my computer back on line was to enter my credit card #.  $129.85 fradulent charge.  Report to your credit card company immediately and cancel your card.  I read somewhere that you should de-install anti malware ASAP if you have it on your computer?
