REALGOLDSOFT BAKU Virus Alert - only site I could connect to was ProtectPC software and purchased package for $49, when bill received was $99.90 realgoldsoft baku, Internet

My computer had contracted viruses somehow and various warnings/solutions flashed up to rectify. I could not update my usual protection as access to internet blocked. The only way forward was to go with the protection accessible - ProtectPC. I had difficulty completing the transaction as it kept switching windows, but when I actually got back the payment window and clicked to purchase, I noticed (too late) that the amount had doubled to $99.90. I thought this may jus be an error but sure enough I have been charged $99.90 (64.43). The software did remove the viruses, but I still could not connect to internet - I had to have it rebuilt from the start and consequently don't have this software anymore, just my usual AVG package.
