I booked a room for $14.99 at reservations.com. When I got to the hotel 5 minutes later, they told me I had 2 reservations. I immediately called res.com to cancel, they had 2 more reservations for me: 1 at 14.99 and 1 at $51! I was on the phone for an hour, got confirmation numbers, was told my credit card would be credited in 7-10 days. A month + later the charges showed up on my credit card. I called res.com and they sent me an email telling me the charges (only the $51) had been refunded to my credit card. They have no record of the other $14.99. the confirmation #'s they gave me are not working. Unbelievable.
