We unknowingly booked a room through reservations.com in January 2018 for a room we would need in Waco, TX in May. We found out they never paid the hotel when the hotel called us a few days before the trip to say we needed to pay to hold the room. We have tried on numerous occassiions to talk to reservations.com and they keep giving us the run around and always ends up hanging up on us. Scammed us out of $425.
