Directed to them as a Google search first hit for a hotel I wanted - thought I was calling the hotel! They said "not available but here are others right by." Made a "totally refundable" reservation at an IHG property for $199 - Checked IHG direct and it was $145. When canceling with reservations.com they charged $19.99 for a "service fee" never disclosed verbally when making the reservation. They are stealing money and getting away with it - such dishonesty totally qualifies as a "ripoff" if you ask me.
