Reservations.com Reservations.com used bait and switch techniques to fraudulently overcharge for a hotel stay Orlando Florida

On the morning of Thursday, July 20th, I accessed reservtions.com on my cell phone to place an order for a hotel room advertised as $63 per night (bait). AFTER I placed the order (Itin: 288700993), I was informed of extra charges bringing the total to $91.32 (switch).  I IMMEDIATELY called customer service to cancel.  After holding for nearly 45 minutes I was finally told that my full refund would be processed.  Four days later, I was sent an e-mail from a lady named Karen informing me that my reservation was never cancelled and that I wouldn’t receive a refund (fraud).
