SAGE Payment Solutions www.sagepayments.net/ Renewed Contract without permission, and taking funds out of my account without permission! McLean, Virginia

I had this company hired 3-4 years ago, I am A independent contractor (Hairdresser) and rented a booth in a salon. The salon owner used this company SAGE PAYMENT Solutions for her salon. And since we all rented chairs in the salon we used this company. Three months after i started working at this location the owner went out of business. And that  left me with this company for the next 3 years.
I called the company several times in november of last year and asked them if I could get out of my contract, they said it would be $500.00. They said my contract would be ending in Febuary of 2011 and would be closed. To my suprise they have been taking out payments of $24.00 since Febuary and When I called this monday April 11, 2011 they said the account was in automatic renewall.
Even when they said they would not renew the contract, they went ahead and renewed the contract. All to no avail I am still indebted to this company and it has been a nightmare!
I have called to no avail and when they speak to me it is like I am a piece of trash, They have not documents stating I wanted to discontinue there services and they never give you a name of who you spoke with or confirmation number of a transaction or phone call. This company is a SCAM, And I highly recommend you take notice to this letter and not use them.
