S.A.R. & Associates Sent me a letter saying I owed $1,497.00 to a creditor called Loan Shop Online, LTS Management Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I received a letter dated November 5, 2015 from a company called S.A.R. & Associates, 8201 Peters Road, Suite 1000, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33324, Phone: 1-866-408-3383, Fax: 1-866-223-9366, email: support@sarandassociates.org.  They said I defaulted on a loan from a company called Loan Shop Online, LTS Management on September 8, 2012.  It said it was now active in our internal Civil Procedures Department.  Several attempts to resolve this outstanding balance have been ignored.  It is imperative you resolve this matetr immediately.
