S.a.r & Associates Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I kept getting calls, not for days but weeks, from a local number. Thinking it was political I didnt answer. One day after 5 pm they left a message, could barely understand them, about a debt. when I called them back (on saturday) they stated it was over a online payday loan in which I hadn't paid back and they were trying to collect. I asked them to send me a letter and they stated it would take to long to get here, that they needed a payment now. I offered, since I thought they were local, to.go pick something up from them. They then told me that they weren't local, they were from somewhere else. They wouldn't even send an email out. After talking to them Saturday the 14th of November (which it was past 1pm), I received a letter from them today (Monday the 16th of November). I'm pretty sure I've paid off these debts I had and that I don't owe anything on them.
