S.A.R. & Associates LTS Management Loan Shop Contact Florida's Attorney General Office & Let's File a Class Action Suit Ft. Lauderdale Florida

Sent S.A.R. & Associates a letter requesting proof of the alleged payday loan, sent a certified letter to 1231 S. Powerline Road suite 187 Pompano, Florida.  The return receipt was signed by Thomas Baisccio however, the letter I received has a retun address of 8201 Peters Road Suite 1000 Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  In their letter, it alledges that I owe $1,450 for a payday loan which is bologna.  It's mighty funny how everyone owes the same amount and all loans were taken out in 2012 the year that LTS Management was shut down by the Feds. I filed a complaint with Florida's Attorney General, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Florida's Office of Financial Regualation (Consumer Complaint Section).  As of this date, the Florida Attorney General's office is now investing my complaint as well as the Consumer Financial Protection Bueau.  I would like to suggest to others if you have received the same letter regarding an alledged payday loan with LTS Management Loan Store and S.A.R. & Associates is threatening you with civil action, file a complaint with Florida's Attorney General's Office Pam Bondi The Capitol, PL-01 Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1050 or call 1-877-382-4357.
