Sears Home Services Horrible customer service Internet

0 Stars is too many for this company.  This organization SUCKS!!!  The DC metropolitan area is currently experiencing a heat wave.  My 97 year old father has a maintenance contract on his air conditioning unit.  The unit went out yesterday.  When he called for service he was told they could be out to fix it next Wednesday, a week later.  It was 95 degrees with a heat index over 100 and Sears wants a 97 year old man to go without AC for a week.  What a HEARTLESS piece of crap company?  After hearing about this I contacted Sears myself to discuss with a Manager and was transferred 9 times.  Each person I spoke with was more clueless than the person before them.  No wonder they are failing!
