Tech arrived at my home.  I explained that the projection bulb is near the end of it's life and needed to be replaced (the tv has a message at the bottom of the screen everytime it is turned on)  When I went online to schedule the repair, I put the model # of the item needed.  This bulb costs anywhere from 39.00 to 99.00.  Sears was actually selling it online a few months ago for 79.00. The price of this bulb is inflated by 200%.   When the tech arrived I explained what the situation was.  He went behind the TV to see the model #, put the code in his computer and said that the bulb lamp will cost 337.48 plus 111.27 for labor total 473.00 not including the 148.73.   I said why didn't you bring the part with you, he said he didn't know what was needed until he got to the home.  My issue is he came to the home and charged me 148.73 for a diagnostic charge which I paid by check and he never even took the TV apart or looked at it.  He went by what I told him.  He was in and out in under 10 minutes.  I want my 148.73 refunded.  He did nothing.
