sears Incomplete Repair Service. Basic Turn-up, oil change Service, / No spark plugs replacement and with empty engine oi, in the engine at the end of repairs . Carson, California

My name is Mr Ignatius ****, I have been a loyal customer for at lease 8 plus years.
On December 12th 2010 at 10:15am I drove to Sears Automobile repair shop located at 20420 south Avalon Blvd, Carson Ca 90746. Just for preventive maintenance. Tune -up and oil change. with 24 point inspection.

On December 13th, 2010 at about 9:00 pm , there was a loud Boom noise, after which I checked my Truck Toyota. Only to find out that the Mechanic tech forgot to replace the engine oil that he drain out of the engine and  forgot to replace the spark plug to the truck.

These mistakes  may costing me new vehicle or the replacement of a rebuilt engine. At the end the store Manager refuses to accept their mistakes. This is a bitter rip-off by Sears Auto Center.

Please, Let Sears Corporation  know bad this Sears Auto Center Management  operates.
