Sensible Home Warranty This company has a great sales pitch - that is all they have. I signed up for a 1 year home warranty. After a few months, I needed an electrician for 2 electrical issues that were covered the Home Warranty. I called at least 5 times. No one ever returns calls and no electrician seems to want to work with them. I then needed a plumber. Same problem. No one to help, no return calls, NOTHING! This happened 3 times over the course of the year. T^his company did nothing except collect the policy premium. I feel ripped off and angry with these lowlifes. Nevada

I took out a Home Warranty for this year 2013.  I used Sensible Home Warranty.

I had a number out instances where I had to call them and file for a claim - I need an electrician on one and a plumber on another and then an electrician again.  All services were covered under my plan.  This was verified by Sensible Home Warranty.

I never received call backs, no appointments were ever scheduled.  I even vounteered to call the vendors myself.

I was in complete frustration with this company.  Their customer service people were rude and complacent.  They acted as if they heard my complaints of no call back, scheduling problems with them, etc all of the time and could not care less.

This company should not be allowed to function and should be shut down.  They collect the policy premium and that is the end of it.  They are a very bad company.
