Sirius Automatic Renewal equivalent to fraud New York New York

I had signed up for sirius radio for a period of 5 months with explicit instructions not to keep my credit card on file and no automatic renewal.  They however, chose to renew my service automatically.  As soon as I received notice of this I called to cancel but was told that it had already renewed and I would owe an amount for those days since they renewed.  Automatic renewal is a scam to begin with, but when there are specific instructions given not to then it constitutes fraud.  It is only a $16.00 amount now, but since I am disputing the charge I am sure they will try to tack on interest.  Very dishonest company with illiterate customer representatives.  Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them.
