S&J Used Auto Parts ripoff Groundhog Day, Saratoga Springs New York

On 12/7/04 I ordered two tail light lenses for a 1994 Pontiac Firebird Trans AM. They told me they had the parts and I would receive them in a couple of weeks.
One month later I received one lens. After weeks of phone calls and E-mails I finally received a second lens for a 1996 firebird. The two parts look nothing alike.
Heres the key!

They don't respond to any other line of communication but sales! They will always respond to a sales call. then I talk to Christina, who always does nothing. Well, They are going to receive E-mails and calls from me, Until it feels like Groundhog day or until hell freezes over!
