I've been a victim as well. I ordered a cylinder head for my daughters car so she could have transportation to and from college as we live some 50 miles from the school. When they sent it, it was cracked. A long story short, I bought a new one, posted a core deposit and have never recieved it.

Since this time, Ive been lied to several times even after I threatened charges. After the threatening e-mail that I sent, i got a call from the owner AND Christina promising the credit back and a wekk and a half later, still nothing. I tried to send one last attempt to collect the debt owed me and they no longer use the e-mail address that I had. If anybody has a new contact, I would be interested.

I wonder if M/C will step up to the plate as VISA did? or if anybody was sucessfful in getting their refund, I'm open for suggestions.
