Ordered replacement back door on June 1, 2005. Was promised delivery within 10 days. Credit card charged immediately. Left answering machine message on July 2. No reply. Spoke with "Andy" on July 5, was told "Mike called you on June 28 - You should receive it this week." Reported fraud to credit card company on July 20, enough's enough!
