S&J Used Auto Parts ripoff!! Took $5,903.50 in January and never delivered part! SCAM! Contacting the Attorney General and my lawyer!NO REFUND RECEIVED! Saratoga Springs New York

S&J Used Auto Parts received via bankwire: $5,903.50 in January for the front end of a 350Z and never delivered the part!

They said the part was being shipped and it would take 10-14 days. I rented a car.

A month later after dozens of phonecalls that never reach anyone with an answer, I am informed by "Jon" that my part was "damaged in shipping" and a new part would be purchased at an auction.

Weeks go by and every phone discussion we have ends with no part; First the auction is Tuesday, then Tuesday no one returns my calls, the next week "Joyce" is "at the auction right now"...and finally, a month ago.... (after incurring over a thousand dollars in fees for my rental I only expected to need for a month tops)

...They abruptly inform me that they are "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS" and I "should receive a check in 30-90 days!" - says "Jon".

What kind of crock is that?

I don't have another six grand stuffed under my mattress for a part! Thirty to ninety days is not an acceptable length of time for me to wait for a part that was NEVER DELIVERED MONTHS AGO!

If I get my refund, I will correct myself here.

But if I don't get it VERY soon I will attack this company in a legal battle! I am contacting Attorney General Elliot Spitzer in the state of New York, the police in both my county and in Saratoga Springs,my lawyer and all the media I can reach!
