SQUAREUP CREDIT CARD PROCESSING. MY ACCOUNT WAS DEACTIVATED FOR REASONS UNKNOWN AFTER BEING WITH SQUARE UP FOR OVER 2 YEAR ACCEPTHING CREDIT CARDS AND NOT ONCE DID I RECEVIED ANY CHARGEBACKS WHATSOVER. AFTER 2 YEARS ONE DAY COMPANY SENDS ME AN EMAIL FROM THERE ACCOUNT SERVICES REQUESTING INFORMATION WITH AN EMAIL CODE. I SENT THEM THE INFORMATION AND THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL BACK THAT I WAS A HIGHT RISK, NOW MINED YOU, I HAD NOT EVER HAD A CHARGEBACK ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT SHOW ANY PHYSICAL ADDRESS OR DIRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER IN ORDER TO CONTACT THEM WHATSOEVER.I WOULD ADVISE EVERY ONE IN BUSINESS WEATHER YOUR SMALL OR BIG TO GO THREW YOUR BANK AND AQUIRE MERCHANT SERVICES. THIS COMPANIES REPS ARE RUDE AND DO NOT GIVE A DAM. ITS REALLY FUNNY, I HAD PROCESSED SOME CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS AND THEY WANTED TO HOLD FUNDS FOR 90DYS. I JUST REVERSED THE CHARGES AND CONTACTED MY CUSTOMERS TO INFOR THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENED. NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF FLAKES. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER. ALL THEY WANT IS CONTROL. NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS OR TELEPHONE NUMBER. ALL IT STATES ON WED IS THAT THEY ARE BASED OUT OF SAN FRANCISCO CALIFONIA

This company "Square Up " is a Credit Card processing company where as business can download there app onto your phone and accept credit cards in which will be deposited into your bank account.

After being a customer for over 3 year one day I received and email from thier.

" Alert from Square account services dept"  stating "To ensure the financial security of both you and your customers, we would like additional information.  Until we have verified this information deposits to your bank will be defferred. During this period, you will still be able to accept payments unsing square.

They requested serveral documents in which I complied with and faxed it to them. Now mind you, i have been with this company proceesing credit card payments for over 3 years and had never had a chargeback. From one day to the next they deactived my credit card precessing preivileges and would not tell me why because of security reasons and that thier decision was final.

This company is based out of San Ferncisco, CA. No physical address or telephone number. in order to communicated with a live representative they only communicate by email with a code they give you.  This is a lesson well learned that it is better to apply threw your bank for merchant services or other credit card processing companies.

When you speak with thier rep's  they are rude and hang up on you. I have heard from other business owners that they have had the same problem. I have been in business since 1988 and have never encountered this.

So I would advise evryone not to do business with this company "Square Up" whatsoever. Nothing but a flaky company.
