This is the worst financial institute I have ever seen. Once this bank discovered the amount of money that was being direct deposited into my account, they started eating up my money like sharks. The first time that my account became overdrawn was by $140. As soon as my direct deposit hit the account they took this money. I called to find out why my account was overdrawn and they informed me that I had items that were posted and there was not enough funds to cover them. I then asked for the overdraft protection. The gentleman advised me that it was on my account and that there will be a $10 fee to use the service. I told him that this was find. The very next pay period, my account became overdrawn by $280. I then called the bank and was told that I had transactions that posted to my account and not enough money. However, when I log into my account online. It doesn't show me where the account went into a negative. It actually showed that I had $580. The rep then advised me that the online system wasn't acurate. I then told her that I went into the branch and drafted $500 and got my balance and it showed $80 was in my account. The rep then stated that the branch cannot see that I have pending transactions. I asked about the overdraft protection that I have on my account and the woman stated that I didn't have this feature. I tried explaining this to her more than once. Then she stated since there was not $100 in my account, they were not able to do the overdraft protection. I then requested to do a stop payment on a transaction that I didn't authorized and they told me that it would be $35. They took the $35.00 from my account. Then my was overdrawn $491. I called in to find out why. They told me that I had something to come to my account five times in one day. I asked who, and it was the same company that I requested the stop payment on back on 03/13/2009. I spoke with a supervisor name Gail on 03/28/2009. She claimed that she ws going to listen to the recorded conversation and get back with me. I called in today because she never called me back and I told her that I wasn't going to hear from her and she kept going on and on about how she has been with the company for five years and she promises that she will give me a call back. I spoke with a woman by the name of Niesha at(877) 716-5678 ext 563678. Of course there is no recording of me having this conversation with a rep. I asked her well how would I get a confirmation number. She couldn't answer. I then asked her why do I get charge with a NSF, UAF, and an Extended overlimit fee. She claims that the extended overlimit is charged because my account was in a negative balance for 7 days. Which it wouldn't have been if they wouldn't hold the transactions as long as they do. Which when I asked about this, they claim they if you make a purchase using credit, it doesn't post right away. I told her that this was not true because it comes off my available balance. This bank are robbing people with all these fees. They have taking almost $1000 from me just in fees. I feel like I am being robbed except they don't have a gun. This is no different. At least with a robber, they rob you only once and move on. Not them, they continue to rob you and come up with all these lies and explanations, instead of telling the consumer the truth. Please do not bank with this company. This will happen to you. They are worst then the internet scammers that are out there. At least with the internet scammers, you know when it is a scam, but with them, they try and make it seems as if your the reason that your account status is the way it is.

Where is the Police Report?

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 31, 2009

After all if you are robbed you should have one. No the fact is that there is not one because you were not robbed. But you have used about every excuse in the book to blame someone else for your mistakes.

"Once this bank discovered the amount of money that was being direct deposited into my account, they started eating up my money like sharks.."
- No, what caused them to start "eating up my money like sharks", is that you
were spending more than you had available in your account.

Now, to avoid this in the future you should enroll in the best "overdraft protection" you can get. The best part of this is that it is totally FREE and works no matter what bank you deal with.

1. Use a Check Register puting down EVERY Transaction you make.
2. Don't spend more than you have available in your account AT THE TIME you spend it.
2. Learn the availablity and posting guidelines for your bank.
3. Cut up your Debit Card and go back to using cash for those small purchases.

If you follow these simple steps, it is virtually impossible to overdraft your account. If you don't overdraft your account the banks don't get their overdraft fees. Just think of it this way, you can pay the bank $1000 to manage your account by way of overdraft fees, pay an accountant about 30K a year to do the same thing, or about 30 seconds of your time to write down the transaction everytime you make a purchase. The choice is YOURS.
