SUPER LIFE-PRODUCTS Debited my credit card twice Internet

On March 11th I placed an order for a "free" trial offer of Acai capsules with Super Lifeproducts and was debited the sum of $19.95 immediately. I waited patiently to receive my trial offer and eventually received it on March 30th.

Then to my surprise I received the following mail from Super Lifeproducts :

Thank you for participating in our trial offer of Code: ACAIBLASTFREE - Desc: Acai Blast Free Trial - Qty: 1
We hope you enjoy the items that you have purchased.
As you have not emailed us that you would like to return us the unused portion of the pills at the end of 15 days, we thank you for the acceptance of our product and we have now charged your order BB38221 $79.95 for the product received.

Statement on your credit card would appear as SUPER-LIFEPRODUCTS

If you have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to reply me with questions, such that we may be able to resolve any issues as swiftly as possible.

This kind of of "double crossing" should be reported and this is what I am doing. I have tried to mail them but NEVER get any feedback from them. I only hope that they do not use my credit card for further debits.....

Other customers: be warned about this company : SUPER LIFEPROCUCTS. Do not use them........
