I recently ordered a Free product offer on the internet for acai berry supplements, thinking that the item would be free. I understood that there was a 5.95$ shipping fee involved, and that was fine with me.

Since then, unfortunately, I have been sent 4 more orders for the products, but, was told by my bank not to accept receipt of the product, and so, I did not. I then thought, if they received the products back, they would credit my credit card for the amounts involved. ($89.93 X 5) However, this is not the case. I continue to be billed on a monthly basis for this product, though, they do not even send them to me anymore.
My bank states that they have to honor the transactions, because, by ordering the intial trial, I gave them my card information, as such I am responsible for payment of it.

I am currently at a loss, as my bank will not even stop payments to Super Lifeproducts. I don't know how to proceed!!

I did receive, finally, an email from Super Lifeproducts, which stated that my order was on the way. Given that, I wrote back immediately, and told them to cancel that order, and in fact, to cancel any orders that may have been in my name.

Unfortunately, when I received my credit card statement again this month, the charge from Super Lifeproducts is again charged on the statement. At this point, according to these charges, I am owing for over 300$ to my credit card company, because of Super Lifeproducts. My credit card company has launched an investigation into the matter, but, I have heard nothing of it until now.

The credit card company advised me to call the Super Lifeproducts company to verbally advise them to cancel my orders, but, the phone number provided, was not answering, as their mail box was full, and could take no more calls.

I beleive that this is the idea of providing their phone number, as they do not pick up their messages, and as such, you cannot advise them to cancel any further orders. And with the first order I received, there was no return address, so again, I cannot contact Super Lifeproducts that way either.

Please, any who are considering dealing with this company, be very careful, or you may be very sorry!!
