Super Life Products mail box is full so you are not able to contact to cancel order Internet

I placed a order for a free trial of ACAI BERRY but pay 5.95 shipping and all you had to do was cancel within 15 days.

My debit card was charged the shipping fee and I received a email saying they had received my order.

When I tryed to cancel by calling the number on my bank statement,it says the mailbox is full and no option to talk to oneone.

I got back on line and tryed calling another number and I was told they did not have a order placed for me. Although my card was charged and the confirmation email. Was given a fax number for me to explain the situation to them. They contacted me and also they didn't have a order for me.

I also tryed to reply to the email & it was not a valid email address. I don't know what else to do. If I don't cancel with in 15 days they will charge my card something like 70 or 80 dollars.
