TBDress RIP OFF Internet

 I ordered a wedding dress for my daughter from TBDresses and they never sent me a confirmation email. I checked spam but nothing. I sent emails to verify order but they did not receive the order. So I re-ordered. 2 months later, yes 2 I received my dress. Oh great then my daughter came over and tried it on, it was too small. We went based on their website measurements and they tried to say thats what it was made to but I dont think so. not to mention it showed a train in the picture but the dress had no train. Then a week later I get a 2nd dress. I emailed them again and they asked me to send a photo of both shipping receipts and then they email me back and say yes these are two different orders. They refused to take them back even though the dress was sized small and cheaply made and I didnt want 2 anyway. They take a week to get back to each email so very slow process and they are in China so very expensive to call them. They asked me if I could keep the 2nd dress and just try to sell it here to get my money back. I said no this was your error plus the other dress is not what we expected and it is made smaller then size chart. They have not returned my email in two weeks. They dont want to refund money and they dresses suck. So now I am out lots of $$$ and I have to try to sell these on my own which I feel guilty about they are not worth what I bought them for arrrrggggg. The credit card company said since they are out of the country and bill already paid they cant get my money back. I didnt realize they were in China when I ordered. I will definitely take notice of that in the future. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a RIP OFF.
