The College Network There is no academic support ever available by phone or online chat. I am not pleased and am trying to end my class due to financial setback and unable to make contact. Indianapolis Indiana

 De to an unexpected financial setback I am unable to pay monthly fee or cost for test at end of each course. i have tried to email The College Network only to recieve an email that the email address does not exist. I have also tried to contact online support and no one responds. I sat waiting for 20 minutes, a message stated there was no wait time. apparently there is no online academic support or any support available. Next i tried calling them at the 800 number provided and got someone who could not speak audible english. They transfered me and the call hung up. I am at a lose for what to do. i refuse to pay for something I am not using.
