I have over $1600 in lifetime credit with The College Network. I requested a large sum of it in July 24, 2014 for an exam fee, and it is now December, 2014, and no word on where my money is. I started calling every week since October with the only response being…we are backed up. I really had high hopes with this company. The modules were mostly spot on, but now I am wondering about their ethics. As most people have said, "they are very nice on the phone" but that doesn't satisfy my request. In addition, was told I was sent out a partial check on Novermber 26, it is December 10, still no check.

I have been waiting 20 weeks for my check to process and this is how it has been the last 2 years. The length getting longer and longer and each time they use the excuse we have an influx of requests. I'm sorry I have an influx of bills but am I able to put off paying them?
